• Trouble shooting using noise and vibration techniques.
• Warranty/Guarantee period surveys to assess the condition of machinery/structure for new or newly acquired vessels.
• Pre Shutdown/Pre dry dock surveys.
• High speed in position dynamic balancing of engines, fans, motors, centrifuges, pumps etc.

We now have developed a unique, user-friendly programme to enable us to offer our clients a remote vibration analysis facility

This facility is an interactive on going programme, which allows our clients to send all their latest data to VCI for analysis. We in turn can update each plant's/ship's vibration records as we process the information and make recommendations in engineering terms.

This means that

• Our consultants do not necessarily have to visit a plant/vessel for each audit.
• Your staff, who may not have any experience in analysing, can send each set of data to independent experts for rapid analysis.
• Plant/Vessel managers can also receive our analysis in their office simultaneously as the plant/vessel.
